How much does shipping cost? UPS GROUND Shipping in the Continental US (ONLY) costs are based on the total DOLLAR AMOUNT of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge of $10 up to $100 then 10% of order total.

If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you by choosing the Check/Money Order payment method and will sent a message that the item will not be shipped until we receive payment.

If the order charges are satisfactory you can go back to the shopping cart and then choose credit card or Paypal as an instant payment method or you can actually send a check or money order.

One of the benefits of shopping on theCYBER GIFT SHOPweb site is that you may contact me personally and disregard the official policy below and return anything that you are not completely satisfied with. I will deal with the shippers and manufactures and replace or refund your purchase amount. For damaged items upon receipt of a emailed photo of the damage a replacement or full refund will be issues. On items you change your mind about you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Your refund will be done instantly upon receipt of your returned item.

This policy is consistence with my belief that most all people are honest. GO SW DISTRIBUTING, LLC (GOSWD) d/b/aCYBER GIFT SHOPis an independently owned and operated store. I believe I can build a loyal customer base the old fashion way by honestly standing behind the products that I sell. This is why my motto and my company’s business mission statement are: “YOUR SATISFACTION AND OUR INTEGRITY ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PROFIT.”

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department goswd11@comcast.net for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to goswd11@comcast.net (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). Original packaging. Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Your consent to this policy: By using our Site, you agree to this Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Store Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. Our Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting Policy provision. We may change our Policy by posting a new version on our Site. Legal Disclaimer: This Site operates AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. This Policy is governed by FL law, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in FL within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.
