You can purchase products from this site at prices below Manufactures’ Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) as an individual for yourself; as an individual purchasing an item to be shipped to someone else; as a Retailer for yourself or to be drop shipped to someone else. Start browsing our product line by clicking on the products links in the BROWSE navigation bar on the left side of the page. On the top of this bar you will find a search box. You can enter a product type, name, or number and you will be linked to that item. As you scroll down on the right side bar you will find my SPECIALS, BEST SELLERS, and REVIEWS. In the main body of the HOME PAGE you will find links to subcategories of the links in the BROWSE navigation bar on the left side of the page. You will also find FEATURED PRODUCTS as you scroll down to the bottom of the HOME PAGE. ALWAYS REVIEW THIS SECTION FOR NEW INFORMATION.

1. How much does shipping cost?

UPS GROUND Shipping Rates in the continental US costs are based on the total of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge of $10 up to $100 then 10% of order total. You will be prompted during check out. If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you by choosing the Check/Money Order payment method then go back and choose your payment method.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • UPS ground please allow 7-10 business days @ $10 minimum to $100 then 10% of total order amount before any discounts.

DHL RUSH AND AIRMAIL ARE NOT AUTOMATED IN OUR CHECK OUT AS OF YET BUT WE ARE WORKING ON IT. You will have to request one of these methods in the COMMENT and mark the CHECK/MONEY ORDER as a payment method. You will receive an automated notice that says "Your order will not ship until we receive payment." PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE and wait for an invoice to be e-mailed with the chosen method charges. You then pay that INVOICE with a credit card or PayPal account.

  • DHL RUSH please allow up to 2-4 business days @ $23.95 minimum then 60% of total order amount by special request.
  • AirMail please allow 2-3 weeks @ $12.50 minimum to $50 then 25% of total order amount.

To within the United States , including Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and are usually received within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. For example: on the West Coast you will receive your order in 3 – 5 business days, in the Mid States in 4 – 8 business days, and on the East Coast 6 – 12 business days. We can not make any guarantees for our shippers as we have no control over their scheduling. These are all guestamate ranges from past performances of our shippers. USPS is required for shipping to PO boxes and can take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. Certain products, like furniture, will not be delivered to PO boxes. These are duly noted in the product descriptions.

4. Are shipments insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States , including Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses.

6. How do I get a tracking number for my order?

Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to show.

Please note that tracking numbers are only available for UPS ground orders and DHL Rush orders but not US Postal orders. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a physical street address (and not a PO Box) whenever possible. UPS Ground also does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii - those orders go via AirMail and will not have a tracking number.

7. What is "May Require Additional Freight Charge?"

You may notice that some large or heavy items say "May Require Additional Freight Charge" in the item description. These items are oversized or heavy and cost us more to ship.

We have worked the cost of the extra shipping into the wholesale price on these items. Therefore, you will still be charged the regular shipping charge of 20% of the wholesale price on these items. The reason we add "May Require Additional Freight Charge" to the description is so that if you are a reseller/retailer you can charge YOUR customer additional freight on these items, since you are not getting your usual markup. This is optional for you if you wish to do so.

8. Can I ship to a PO Box?

While you CAN ship to a PO Box, we don't recommend it for the following reasons:

• No tracking information. PO Box deliveries must go by USPS. There is no tracking available on these shipments. Getting a physical address from your customer will allow us to ship UPS and have highly accurate tracking.

• Longer delivery time. USPS deliveries take longer than UPS. Since we know you want to get your orders to your customers as quickly as possible, getting a physical address from your customer will help them get their order faster.

• Longer claim times. Should your order be lost or damaged in shipment, it takes significantly longer to file a claim with the Postal Service versus UPS. Resolving any customer service issues with your customer is a top priority!

• Higher freight costs. Freight cost is higher with the Post Office than UPS.

Hopefully, this helps you understand why it’s important for you to obtain a physical address from your customers for your shipments whenever possible. The benefits of UPS shipping over USPS are sure to create a better shopping experience for your customers, and in the end, you!

9. Do you dropship?

Yes, we dropship anywhere within the United States . There is no minimum order.

10. Is there a charge for dropshipping?

There is no extra charge for dropshipping. You just pay the discounted price of the merchandise plus the regular shipping charge. For single item buyers this allows you to sent items to other addresses in our shipment area at no extra charge.

11. How do I place a dropship order?

It's easy! Just add items to your cart. When you reach checkout input your customer's name and address in the shipping fields. Then type in the comment box what you'd like on the packing slip, your business name or website name or Gift Message (like HAPPY BIRTHDAY). Then pay for your order. We'll ship it right to your customer.

12. How much do I charge my customer for shipping?

If you are selling to customers through mail order, websites, online auctions, etc., you want to pass the cost of shipping on to your customer. See number 1 for details.

13. What's on the packing slip?

The return address on the packing slip will say "Customer Service" with our PO box address. Pricing information is NEVER listed on the packing slip...just the item numbers, description, and your comments.

14. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and check or money order.

15. Is there a Product Guarantee?

Yes. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on our website. If you or your customer receives a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or credit your account upon return of the item or email us a picture of the dammaged item.

16. What are the products made of?

18. What prices are shown in the printed catalogs?

The printed catalogs show only our Suggested Retail Prices. No discount pricing is shown in the catalogs. A FREE catalog is shipped with your first order.

19. Do you imprint the catalogs with my business name?

No. We recommend printing labels from your computer.

20. How come on certain items the catalog shows the retail price for one each but you only sell them in sets of 2, 6, 12 or 24?

The catalogs always show the suggested retail price for selling a single item, although the item may not be available from us in single quantities. For example, keychains and magnets are usually only sold by the dozen, but the catalog will show $1.99 each. You cannot order these items from us individually...they are too small for us to ship out that way. 95% of our products ARE available as a "one each," but you should always check the wholesale price or this website to see how we sell them. For this reason, we do not recommend selling such products online, as most of your customers would only want to purchase an individual item.

21. Can I use image of your products on my site?

Yes, you have copyright release to copy our images and descriptions and post them online for the purposes of marketing and selling the products, EXCEPT for the following items which may NOT be sold online:

The manufacturers of these items forbid them to be sold online. You may jeopardize your purchasing rights if you sell these items online.

You are welcome to build your own website using our images. You can also use our images and descriptions to create your own brochures, catalogs and marketing materials, or to market or advertise the products. These are the only permitable uses of our images (for example, you may not use our images to build websites which you then resell). 22. How do I save images from your website to my computer?

You can download the .gif version (approximately 150 pixels by 150 pixels). The .gif versions can be found when you click on a product category and you see all the images on one page for that category. Simply right-click on any image and choose "Save Picture As." A box will pop up in "My Pictures" folder, then click "Save." If the above does not works, email us the item number(s) you can't find and we will email the images to you.

23. When do you collect sales tax on my orders?

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within California and Florida . If you make arraignments to have a California or Florida Resale Certificate on file with us, we will not collect sales tax on your California or Florida orders. We do not collect sales tax on orders to any state except California and Florida .

24. Should I collect sales tax on orders?

Typically, you are required to collect sales tax on orders that you resale and have shipped to anyone who lives in the same state as you. Please check with your state tax board to see if you are required to collect sales tax for the type of selling you plan to do. We do not tax individuals sending gifts (which are not considered to be for resale) to anyone in our shipping area except from or to California and Florida .

25. How do I update my contact information?

Click on the red "My Account" tab on the top right tab side of the page. Sign in: Then click "edit account." You can update your name, business name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address, or change your password at anytime. Under "My Account" tab you will find links to your “Order History”, “Address Book”, and “Notifications”.
